abz women's intro to weight lifting

This is a women's group weight lifting class.  The goal of this class is to encourage natural body change through weights and use of proper technique.

  • Learn proper lifting techniques

  • Understand the benefits of weight training

  • Watch the body transform naturally through weight training

*Course is strictly weight training 

(no meal plan or diet coaching is included)

-Price: $99 per month
-Time: 6 am and 7 pm

-Days: Tuesday & Thursday
